"Everything is well appointed. Clean rooms, friendly staff, quiet and spacious (for Tokyo) room. The only downside is a bit of walk from station unless if you are planning to take taxi to and from."

"This is a new hotel. Everything in the hotel was nice and well appointed. The staff on the other hand was not well managed and very much lacking in the service department. Some tried hard but didn’t seem to have any answers or couldn’t help. The wait staff was average at best. The hotel is beautiful but I don’t think I would consider this a 5 star hotel."

"Beautiful hotel. It smelled amazing walking inside and the staff was so helpful. It was in a quite location but close to the train lines. We had a great dinner and the chef and waiter were so kind and helpful. We had a cool view of the Tokyo tower and had access to the club longue which was also excellent."

"I had an amazing time in Tokyo staying at the Oakwood Hotel and Apartments. The hotel was clean and modern. It had a gym and a small cafe at the ground floor. It was right across Nissin Grocery Store, Lawsons and Smile Everyday drug store. It was a 2-3 min walk away from the train station. I will definitely book again in the future. I love this place and the view of Tokyo Tower was amazing at night. "

"Centrally located, with convenience stores, restaurants and underground station very close by. Rooms are clean and well maintained (or maybe just very new?) anyway, I can recommend this one."

"The rooms were a bit small, but clean. Equipped with modern Japanese toilets. The downstairs had beverage service and a bread breakfast every morning. The hotel is a bit far from the JR stations (about a 10 minute walk to Shimbashi or Hamamatsucho), a bit closer to both Daimon and especially Onarimon. Laundry machines on site, but require purchase of detergent from front desk for 50 yen."

"Wonderful hotel with a very convenient location! The train station was close by, making it easy to travel around Tokyo and visit different attractions. The area also had many restaurants, shops, and cafes nearby. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Japan."

"Room was clean and big enough for me. Air conditioning worked great, airfilter, and lock box in the room was very nice. Great view of Tokyo Tower too! They had kiosks to help with checkin for those that dont know Japanese. And staff were great and even helped me ship my luggage. Location was perfect with train station right across the hotel entrance and tons of restaraunts and conbini nearby. Will definitely come stay here again."
