"Hello! I stayed here during Anime Expo, the staff was extremely nice to me! I'm a part time wheelchair user and they were all so willing to help, even watching my wheelchair in the lobby so that we didn't have to carry it up the stairs, they also offered to help me bring it up and clear out a bottom room to use in case i needed it. It is a safe place to stay! I would recommend it. You can tell the love and care they put in their job! <3"
