"It was a good experience, all the staff including frontdesk, cleaning and restaurant were very helpful. The room was clean with good facilities, free laundry services (4 washing and 4 dry machines). The breakfast was great with Chinese and western flavors. Location of the hotel is convenience, less than 70m from MTR station. will stay again"

"The hotel is centrally located with great access to restaurants and only a 10-15 min walk from west lake. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with plenty western options. "Received a room upgrade and had a nice breakfast with my kid. Next to West Lake, so can’t beat the location. Swimming pool is small but we enjoyed it anyway. Nice views from the terrace on the 6th floor overseeing the lake. Overall, a great stay. "

"Most beatiful hotel - even though most rooms are obstructed by tall trees (government requirement) to have views of West Lake, the 360 degree views are available at roof floor - a must in the evening when the whole Lake and distant city become enchanted. "

The hotel is on the 6th floor. If you face the front of the building (looking at Starbucks) the entrance is on the left side of the building. Look for the big lemon statue."

"First, this is not a hotel. It's a property operated by the owner. So it doesn't have those hotel facilities. The property is located inside the West Lake (Xihu) scenery district. So it's quiet and walking distance to those West Lake must-see places. The owner is very friendly."
