"Our unit was amazing with great amenities including a washing machine and dryer, dish washer, and full kitchen. The staff was amazing. They did everything possible to ensure we haf an amazing stay at their resort. "

"The room is huge and clean with good amenities. The maids did a very good job daily. There is no breakfast; however, the property is very close to the major shops and restaurants in Grace Bay (also to the biggest grocery store). The staff is very friendly and check in on you daily, asking if there's anything they can improve on. I saw concerning comments about the hotel surroundings, particularly about safety. I did not feel any concern. The front of the property is in the heart of Grace Bay; the back side and back are surrounded by natural vegetation and construction sites—nothing to be concerned about. My point for improvement is the building's overall maintenance. It seems the lift has not been working for a while. For a 3-star hotel, I think they deliver enough. There are no hidden fees or surprises. All the information was included on the booking post. Overall, I am pretty happy with the stay. To the management: improve the maintenance, and your hotel will be a rockstar."

"We had newer room in the building, it had a lovely kitchen and the view was spectacular Gym was good, grounds were well kept. For me I feel, food selection and meals could be better. Limited and pretty basic food , nothing wow about food, we ate elsewhere on many occasions. Other than that, beautiful beach and quiet location, a bit far from the small town though . "

"The Oasis at Grace Bay is a true hidden gem that offers a peaceful alternative to overcrowded, loud mega-resorts. The entire property is incredibly quiet (at least while we were there in mid-May), featuring beautifully maintained grounds filled with lush foliage and a modern room that was spotlessly clean. The service was excellent—with Stacy providing standout hospitality—and beach transit is effortless via a short walk or an on-demand golf cart shuttle. Regarding the beach, there is a dedicated resort area complete with complimentary loungers, umbrellas, towels, and food and drink service."

"Resort is very beautiful and is right on the Grace bay beach which had turquise color water and white soft sand. Water clarity was so clear that you can see the sand. Beach in front of the property was like a big swimming pool as not too deep. Used their complimentary kayaks and paddle boards on the water. They also had swimming pool, pickle ball court and bikes to go around. Resort had a cafe, restaurant and a bar which was convenient if you don't want to step out for food. Also, resort has so much greenery in and around with shrubs, coconut trees and was so pleasant even during hot days. Room had a fully equipped kitchen if you want to make your own food and a big balcony to relax. Staffs were friendly with lovely smiles. Loved the resort and would defintely recommend it.
