"The room is good but the check in experience is really bad. The staff at the check in counter is impolite and rude. He was not wearing a name tag and he almost broke our passports. He pressed our passports in 360 degree turn with “deadly force” and it was terrible. When he asked us to pay the city taxes, he just bang on the machine twice with his hand. I hope the hotel can do some training for the check-in counter staffs. "
"Staff are very friendly and helpful. But the room is noisy at night. We don’t know where the sound came from but it was a bit annoying. The room is clean and if the desk and chairs can be changed to the modern ones, the whole mood and taste of the room would be elevated. "
