"Very clean, slightly tattered flooring and moving toilet seat. Breakfast is outside premise i.e petrol station cafe. For Brits, don't expect your usual breakfast but and pastry and drink (coffee, tea). Apartment it seems is common in the area rather than hotel. No face to face reception but online reception is available. Communication can be challenging but very helpful and accommodating staff. Thank you so much for the experience."

"A Diamond in the rough. This area of Naples is a bit shoddy. The hotel property however is extremely well run, clean and safe. The staff are awesome and treated us like royalty. 5 star service. The secure parking area was needed for peace of mind and the underground lot gave extra piece of mind. The rooms though dated are well maintained and clean, and large by Italian standards. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with the highly trained restaurant waiters providing an extremely professional...

"The place was an oasis after busy days. The owner is super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and cute. It’s pretty close to some great restaurants and one of the main train hubs so getting around is pretty easy. The only issue is the street itself is too narrow for taxis, so you really do have to walk and it’s on top of a big hill that can be tiring after a long day. "
