Just steps away from Ikspiari shopping center was a definite plus and the free shuttle service to and from the parks was a nice touch. "This is not a Disney hotel but it’s well maintained and clean and has everything you need. The room was very spacious and great value for money. There were 4 single beds so plenty of room for me and my teen boys and a dining table and kitchen area and shower and separate toilet. Friendly staff and there’s a free shuttle bus to the Disney parks. It’s only 20 mins walk down to the station and the dining area and there is a convenience store on the ground floor of hotel. Would highly recommend."

"Very nice location close to Tokyo Disney resort. They provide transportation to Maihama station which is right in front entrance to Disney. Have a 711 and a Lawson in front and next to. I was able to leave my luggage's at the hotel earlier than my check in time to be able go and explore. Odaiba is two stops away from Maihama station. And 30 minutes away from Tokyo station. Great experience here would visit again."

"Very family friendly hotel! Staff was very friendly! Hotel is right at the pick up and drop off for the bus to and from Tokyo Disneyland ! Very convenient! 2 minute walk to a Lawsons. Only issue was one dryer out of 2 was working and gave the clothing a mold/mildew smell. Even after drying for an hour and a half, clothing still not fully dry. Other than that, would stay there again! "

Compared to the other hotels we used in Tokyo this room was very spacious with two twin beds. We didn't opt for their breakfast or use the shuttle service since we had quite a few bags."
