"Front desk people are marvelous but the housekeeping staff ain’t it"

"Our two bedroom condo was great for our recent family vacation! It was very clean and neat. The amenities of the resort were very nice - mini golf was a hit, many pools for "pool hopping," restaurants (we didn't end up using them but there were several) and a little store with snacks and souvenirs - this was very helpful. The location was wonderful as it was close to both Disney and SeaWorld, somewhat in-between them. We would definitely stay here again! It was a great value for what we got. We stayed here instead of Disney as we could get more for our money. The staff were very friendly and helpful! They kept checking in with us to make sure we were okay and helped us with several questions. Great place!!! "

"Centrally located to everything that I needed amenity wise from the dollar tree to food and dining. Great rates and quiet property."

"We ran into issues at the airport and couldn't get home for two days. The Rosen Inn was the perfect place to land. The staff was extremely understanding and did everything they could to help us. The location was perfect - there were lots of things to do in the area as well as places to eat. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The value was great for the price - I felt like I was at a much more expensive hotel. "

"Suite was excellent. Extra room was well worth it. Food very good. We had diet restrictions and there were sufficient foods to meet it. On the down side, room needs more space to hang clothes and towels."

"Wonderful experience all around, clean rooms large and spacious, Ruth from housekeeping so friendly and efficient. Willing to help. We arrived early we were able to store our bags and use the property. Lots of the kids to do. Both Lucas and Mark were fantastic at the front desk. Centrally located, yummy breakfast each morning. "This place was great! The rooms are so big. The pools are heated. Restaurant on-site, arcade, pool slides perfect for family vacations. "

"Family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 teens 18 and 17 - we fully enjoyed the 2 bedroom space - everyone was able to relax and have their own space We travelled without our own car - and were able to use the resorts shuttle to get to grocery stores / coffee shops / Disney springs quite conveniently. Only thing is with having 2600 rooms at the place and many travellers - more shuttles would have been ideal - looks like they will be starting to use an app to request the shuttle - this may be better when it starts up in the future. "
