"The dining area was clean. The breakfast was nice. The staff were polite and friendly. Our room had water dripping all day and night from the A/C unit, causing a wet patch on the carpet which wasnā€™t very nice at all. Other than this the room was very clean. Unfortunately the pool area needed a clean and also a freshen up with decor and DIY. The showers were not clean. I was using this facility for the first time and didnā€™t realise there was no complimentary shower gel in the cubicles."
