"The location was very good - loved the neighborhood. Kensington Park was just across the street. We walked through the park every day on our way to see the sights. Bathroom sink & faucets could use some maintenance. The bar and dining room were excellent, and the food was exceptionally good. The service staff in both were very attentive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. All staff were friendly & helpful. The dining & lounge areas are very comfortable and they make you want to stay & enjoy them. The location of the hotel is just around the corner from underground stations and Kensington High St and many other attractions. Our hotel room had everything we needed for our stay. It was quiet and well appointed. Would definitely stay again and can recommend it "

"We loved everything about this property. Quirky decor which we loved. Lovely comfy bed and pillows and adorable bathroom. Just loved everything about it. The location was perfect for us as close to the tube, one stop away from the 02 as we were going to a concert there. The area has lots of bars, art and restaurants around and a lovely shady park to sit in as well as close to the shopping malls in Canary Wharf. We stayed on the hottest weekend of the year and I struggled...

"Sloane Place.... is in the right place! The location was perfect... two minute walk from the Tube (Circle and District lines) and a bus stop... only a mile's walk to Harrod's, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace- Parliament Square/St. James Park just beyond that. The room itself was not huge but was certainly adequate with TWO comfortable chairs to sit in. The staff was very helpful, and the cleaning service was excellent. "

"I think the hotel has only recently opened or been renovated. It was absolutely beautiful inside. The staff were really friendly, the bar and restaurant is lovely, and the bedroom was great. We had an adjoining door, which meant that when the guests next door got in at 3.30am we were woken up by them, as it sounded as if they were in the room with us. If you need an adjoining room this wouldn’t be an issue, but it’s something to keep in mind if you don’t want that. This isn’t anything the hotel...

Accommodation is great,feels fresh, comfortable, good size and a good price.
My only issue is needs better clarity on booking process. Once paid you need to provide deposit and ID through an email link, however its not clear about check-in instructions. This comes through the day of check-in around midday separately.
