Minor issues were, strictly only one room access card allowed, which can be inconvenient with two people, and no shelves in the cupboard. Otherwise recommended."

"This is our property of choice when visiting MacKay, about 7 to 8 times a year. This is very convenient as the hotel restaurant is on premises. The rooms are consistently very clean; housekeeping do a great job. The rooms are starting to age a little and maybe time some refurbishment was considered. That said, a great property to stay."
