"Elevator should be labeled to indicate exec apartment. Haw Yeon who was mgr of breakfast buffet was exceptional incl recommending a market that was only on weeekend so that we would not miss it. Chefs and wait staff were very attentive. "

"Enjoyed the clean, brand new property during our visit to Penang. It was a last minute change because of the location and it turned out we made the right choice. Everything was perfect from checking in to checking out. Service was excellent, every staff greeted us with smiles and was helpful. Loved the coffee in the lobby and the scent of the shampoo and body wash (wished I can purchase a set home.) They even provided us umbrellas on the rainy days. "The apartment is spacious and has the amenities you will require, however, the fittings, sheets, towels and kitchen amenities are very poor. If it were abudget option it would be ok, however, there are other newer, better quality options for less cost."
