Hotel gives rides to and from hotel. Free hot breakfast. Chucks restaurants and Tim Horton is close by. Javier was helpful and provided tips on traveling. Cleaning is every other day."

"We stayed here for a week and had a great experience. All the staff members we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well-maintained. The daily breakfast buffet was delicious, with many more offerings than a typical hotel continental breakfast (including halal and vegetarian options!). Amenities included a pool, gym, and laundry room. Our only complaint was that the fire alarm went off twice during our stay, but it was just a minor inconvenience (and proved that...

I struggled with the identity verification through the check-in app, and the Manager was more than accommodating and ensured me there would be zero issues checking in to my room. Prime location - steps from Bathurst station, and so many great restaurants along Bloor St W. The room itself - very modern and up to date. Great TV with the various streaming apps, comfy bed, and overall no complaints. We will be back!"

"Let me start by saying this is not the place for those looking for quiet. With that out of the way I love this place. It’s in a prime location on queen west. So much nightlife, close to trinity bellwoods, so many places to eat grab a coffee and relax on a patio. The rooms are cozy and the beds are very comfortable. The pillows are too shelf. This is my go to place."

"Came to Toronto to see Blue Jays games. Hotel is conviently located short walk from Union Station, and to Rogers Centre as well as other ammenities and tourist spots. Hotel is modern, clean and staff are excellent. Room was very quiet, comfortable had a great nights sleep. Breakfast is included...and well let me say this was the highlight of the stay. Selection and quality was in line with RIU properties I have stayed in all inclusives in Mexico. We will look to stat here when we come to Toronto...
