"Place was as described and great. Elevator waits can be long as only 4 and 35 floors. Tourists coming and going, plus traffic to rooftop pool cause delays. But still great!"

"Apartment itself is fine. But... Lots of things didn't match the description. No TV box, no tea, no washing powder, iron turns your clothes black. Also, no access card, took an hour to get one from downstairs. Bathroom door is broken so if your kid shuts it from inside you'll need to jimmy the lock. Plus, there was an additional cleaning fee asked for on check in. When I queried it, rather than discussing it and looking at my invoice, they simply demanded I agree to pay before giving me the key,...

"I like having a washing machine and dryer. So convenient to do my laundry, specially when you perspire a lot in a country like Malaysia. For the price charged, it is great value staying here."
