"Excellent stay at Maison di Fiore with easy access to Herculaneum, Vesuvius and Naples / the airport. This is real family hospitality - their whole family went out of their way to make my stay amazing and personal, offering a custom experience through transport (they took me to Herculaneum, Vesuvius and the airport themselves) and excellent food. I haven’t experienced such good hospitality in a long time, truly 5 star! "

"Location is great with good transport and easy access to Naples, Amalfi Coast, Herculaneum, Pompei, Solerno etc. Property is an apartment within a gated residence complex and the rooms have high ceilings, a good a.c., fridge, coffee machine, KS bed, tv - so well fitted out. Breakfast consists of baked goods, coffee pod, chocolate milk and juice. Property is unmanned, so outside limited hours you have to WhatsApp but they are quite responsive."

"The room was very clean, spacious and in good condition. The owner was kind and extremely helpful helping us understand the town, excursion opportunities (there is a ferry for Capri just steps from the front door) and provided discounts for restaurants and Ercolano/Herculaneum. She was also able to provide an in house taxi service which was punctual and professional. There are many excellent restaurants within a few meters of the front door and the entire town is warm and curious about...

"Only downside is there are 53 stairs up and no elevator. Great history of the building and Salvadore is a great host. Just a short walk to Herculean and restaurants close by."

"I didn't stay ! After arriving and having the owner yelling at me and then yelling at Hotels.com rep. And feeling very unsafe, threatened, scared and locked in!! I left in absolute Tears. Even a man sitting on the bench out front says the owner is horriblen yelling all the time. Don't go here unless you're ready to battle.!!"
