"Needs up dated a little but the staff is good it’s pet friendly and location is great everything is within 10-12 minutes. My daughter is at Texas state with her dog traveling with me, I will most likely stay here for the next 3 years when visiting my kidz. San Marcus is a nice place with rio vista park close by dog park and pet friendly hotels bars and restaurants "

"I’m at this hotel every week and it’s the best deal in town. Very friendly staff, breakfast has a pretty good variety and it’s very quiet. It’s in a good area as well. Plenty of restaurants and Walmart, if you forget something, is right down the road."

"A great bargain place for travelers. No refrigerator or microwave in rooms, but a microwave is available in the break room. The rooms are small, but well suited for handicapped people. No carpeting, which makes the rooms easier to clean. The mattresses are economy, but ok. There is a functional swimming pool. The staff was friendly. The a/c unit worked well, and the parking was convenient, as was the location."

"No elevator. Stain in the middle of the bedspread. Not in the best area. Booked the wrong la Quinta. There is a nicer one in San Mrcos about 5 exits down closer to the outlet shops"
