"The receptionist was excellent, very helpful couldn’t do enough for you. However the bar staff was rude, ignored me, whilst waiting to be served for food and drink. When he did serve me he forgot he was serving me and served someone else, I had to call him back to finish my order. The food was awful the chips were half cooked, the fish was all batter and no fish. Wouldn’t have food at your hotel again. Thanks "

"Located at the end of the shuttle. GATWICK NORTH. Take the SHUTTLE train, as you exit, walk a few feet and U-TURN to the elevators. ((Do not go inside Terminal). Elevator one level down, you will see hotel as doors open, cross street, and walk up to the far entrance doors (LG), take elevator up to Level O for RECEPTION. "

"The hotel was very close to the airport, just a few minutes on the bus and check out was quick and friendly. Rooms were very clean. However, the fire alarm went off at 3.30am, and the staff on the check out desk didn’t seem particularly concerned or bothered about this when I told him it had woken us up and ruined our sleep. A bit of a disappointing end to our stay. "

"I regularly stay at Oatlands hotel the staff are very friendly and hotel itself is amazing. Great location for Weybridge and Walton and plenty of pubs and restaurant a short walk."

"The grounds and the gym/pool areas are great, however, the room was quite small. The door touched the lugage stand every time you opened it and there was only space for one person at the feet of the bed to go pass. The breakfast was very good. "
