"Lovely New Forest pub. Very friendly atmosphere. Large clean room, comfy bed, modern bathroom. Very quiet at night. Big breakfast, varied evening meals and excellent beer. New Forest ponies on the green and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's grave two minutes up the road! Excellent value. Really enjoyed our stay, thanks."

"Lovely stay at the Palmerston Rooms. Immaculate room and surprisingly quiet at night. Everything was very comfortable and the breakfast was superb. Parking nearby in Broadwater road was very convenient and inexpensive. All in all a superb, classic, English Bed and Breakfast experience."

"Daisybank cottage is a must for anyone looking to stay in the New Forest. The room was perfect - spacious, spotless and huge fluffy towels in the bathroom. Lovely touches in the room and so thoughtful. Great breakfast and friendly welcome. Its perfect for various walks without the car to get to start points, and close to pubs and eateries nearby.
