"Located in the lake area - it’s a very convenient location yet it feels like I am away from the crowd and still surrounded by the natural when I return to the home stay in the evening. It’s a lovely house with 15 rooms in total. Beautiful design and good communal area. Will be a lovely choice for anyone, from solo travellers to family with kids. Breakfast is good. Staffs are all very friendly, responsive and helpful. Will highly recommend to people and stay again if I ever visit Hangzhou. "

"It looks like the property is undergoing some renovations. Check-in was done by someone at the reception counter who cannot speak English. He came upto our room, but the key card was not working. We had to go back to the reception to get another card for another room. Wifi password was provided only after we asked for it. But the connection was very bad. No breakfast provided. No restaurants at the hotel. The shower handle at the bathroom was leaking water everywhere. The reception...

"Excellent reception service. Needed to stay an extra night and staff was very accommodating and pleasant to work with and really desires feedback which not a lot of hotels ask for. Modern sleekly design rooms that are nice and clean and supplied with complimentary snacks and beverages beyond your normal water, coffee, and teas.
