"Our room was very nice and clean. The location is very walkable to most of the highlights in Florence. It is an easy walk to/from the SMN train station, and the tram from the airport. The owner was there every morning to make coffee and give sightseeing advice. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay."

"I don’t often write reviews but this place was actually amazing. It looks unassuming on the outside - this is not a reflection of the inside!! Lovely helpful reception staff, brilliant quiet bedroom, comfy beds and fancy bathroom with lots of cool shampoos etc. free water, drinks and snacks and a brilliant breakfast included. Kids had a single bed each which was really important. 10/10. Didn’t use the spa areas so can’t comment on that. Definitely raising the standard of hotels!"

They cleaned the room daily but there is the option of messaging them if that’s something not desired. It was close to the train station and walkable to a more touristy part of town. "

The tram station is close so commuting around was easy, especially to the airport. There is a fantastic restaurant around the corner.. best pizza in Italy I swear!
