Auch Expedia wurde gnadenlos abgewiesen. Eine derartige Kundendienstpolitik stellt für uns eine Unverfrorenheit dar. "

Aber für mich hat der Checkin Prozess nicht funktioniert und ich konnte über den offiziellen Weg 45min niemanden erreichen und stand draußen in der Kälte. Der Mitarbeiter hat sich anschließend zwar entschuldigt aber eine Entschädigung wäre aus meiner Sicht angemessen gewesen."
