"There is definitely promise and if the hotel management heeds some of the advice, I could definitely see us giving the hotel 5 stars next time. Check-in: This is the first time I have stayed at a mid-range or higher hotel over the course of traveling for over 20 years and at check-in they say they need to charge 5% extra for using a credit card. Not too many people carry the cash around to pay for their hotel rooms, especially multiple rooms/nights, and by far the majority of hotels absorb...
