After staying in many hotels all around the country on our visit over 11 days, we found the Ross Hotel room to be the most special. Our room had a king bed, fireplace, sitting area and a spacious bath and closet area. Our view was a back alley and also a lovely side view of a church. A welcoming and warm staff. Excellent accommodations and most delicious food in the restaurant. Would not hesitate to stay at the beautiful Killeen House when visiting the area again. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely 2 day stay and found the location to the town fantastic. Everything in the town was a only a few minutes walk away. All the staff were great but especially memorable was the concierge Mary who gave us expert advice on touring the beautiful Ring of Kerry. Thank you Mary, you were right we didn’t get lost!

This place is the best! Clean, quiet and close to great restaurants and pubs. Lilu is the perfect receptionist.

While it was nice to get a last minute room, the both chairs in the room were broken.

Salmon Falls was lovely, we were a little sad to only be spending one night there (we drove a big loop through Ireland, so jumped between several hotels). They were very warm and inviting and friendly. Our room was comfortable and huge, could've fit multiples of some of the other rooms in it, particularly the bed was comfortable. The delicious breakfast is especially not to be missed.

This place was exquisite and we plan to return in the future. The staff was very helpful and delightful. The restaurant was outstanding for both breakfast (excellent buffet) and dinner (spectacular). The setting is beautiful and walking distance from Muckross Abby and Muckross House. The walking paths are tranquil and well kept. A beautiful place that we LOVED and highly recommend.

Great location with its own parking. The breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed how nice the room was and how clean everything was . The spa was a plus .

We just returned from Ireland and my opinion of this hotel is that the service and staff are as good as it gets. The bar is so nice and we made friends there every night which made it very fun. The rooms are smallish and nothing really special: mattress is great, pillows just okay. The location is perfect and you could walk to great restaurants, pubs & shopping without hearing the noise.

From the outside it was lovely and very well kept and nice setting. The inside was also lovely and rooms lovely as well. Staff excellent. Location was a bit outside the main town but this proved an advantage being away from noise.

Such a quietly elegant place. You feel like you are in Downton Abbey. The staff understands service and was gracious, helpful to a fault and friendly but never overbearing. The bathroom had a deep tub, heated towel rack and floor. It also had a terrace and a separate room as a closet. I was not in their best room but a mid-level room. There were many activities for both rainy and sunny days. This information is listed in the hotel manual. For example, you can go horseback riding or on a "jaunt"...

property was wonderful! Location is great for easy access to downtown area as well on the national park and Muckross property. Our room was absolutely beautiful with a full jacuzzi tub! Will definitely be booking here again!
