"Will come back again. Getting to the hotel: Hotel has a carpark for those renting cars but there is a shuttle bus service provided by the hotel from Sapporo JR Station. Room for 2 Pax was clean, spacious, serene. Service was great, Breakfast and Dinner was especially enjoyable with the view from the lounge. "

"It is a love hotel, so a booking through expedia seemed to be unusual. But the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the large bath and nice shower, large bed and many amenities of the hotel. There is a dyson hairdryer, a straightener, face steamer, and so on. Popular brands of shampoo, etc. can be borrowed for free. Drinks, icecream etc. in the room for additional charge, room service orders until 4:00am. Anything you might want is probably available. "A great choice of hotel in Otaru. Great location, right on the main tourist street in the town. Excellent modern property with a cultural and historical twist. Very good breakfast with both Japanese and western options. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again if visiting Otaru again."

I experienced it in the winter after hiking snow trails, so it really soothes the body! The surrounding resort is beautiful and easy to walk to many hotspots in the area. The non-reservation restaurant on B1F is nice, but their menu is limited in the evening, so plan ahead if you are looking for nighttime dining. "
