"Our room/suite was perfect for us in our visit to Madrid. We were perfectly located in old town within walking distance to places we wanted to visit. Bus, taxi and metro options are also nearby. We used the bus for longer distances. Many choices for grocery stores and restaurants are close-by. The staff was warm, welcoming and super responsive to questions and requests. "Great stay I loved the location. If you can request a room facing street with the window. Room was clean great hot water great price in the middle of all the places I wanted to go. Minutes walk to Plaza Mayor it was a lovely trip. "
