"Loved the beach view from the balcony and the ease of going back and forth from the room to the beach… Downside was the additional cost of parking. This is something new and the parking is tight and sometimes across the street. I’ve been here several times and would definitely go back."

"Check in was not great. Front desk staff was only one person and she was not friendly (either time I approached her-check in and towels). The washer and dryers were broken/didnt dry clothes well. Spent 12 dollars doing 2 loads of laundry not to mention the pain it was being 3 floors and 6 floors from my room. It wasnt even dry after all the running. Room was okay. Breakfast was okay, but the utensils are not in a convenient place at all. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom needed updating. Fixtures didn't turn easy. Needs caulk. Access to beach was good. Bartender was wonderful! "

"Everything Was Good It’s Just Everytime I Turned Around Money Was Trying To Come Off My Card For Something Concerning This Property. I Will Not Stay There Again Only Because I Have People Who Like To Have There Nicotine & There Is NO SMOKING AT ALL On The Balcony Or Anything. Beautiful Beach View Had The Deluxe Suite Very Big & Spacious . "

"Our stay was perfect. Bobby at the front desk was awesome and can’t say enough nice things about him - Thank you for helping make our stay a great one. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was good. Pool area and beach were perfect for our family. Great location near Pier Park and nice beach front restaurants. Would definitely stay again. "

"Everything was great the only problem we had was our check in we arrived 10 min before 4 and our room wasn’t ready until 6:40 other than that I will be back and longer next time."

"Let’s go in order shall we! 2N stay for a family of 3. I booked a King Studio and was greeted by a clean, cool room. I’m also HH so it had my name on the screen when I walked in. Self-parking was no issue & digital check in was fast & efficient. I did still have to go to the desk for additional information and wristbands. We waited 45 min past check in to get our room which is understandable as it’s spring break. Amenities like reception hour, movies on the lawn, and dedicated staff; we have no complaints there! Breakfast at Fin was ok and had a lot of variety, made-to-order omelets, fresh waffles, yogurt, cereal, bagels & more. Dinner at Blu was also okay w/ the burgers being most notable. Although we did not visit it the outdoor pool was always clean. Loved that we could check out digitally and not have to visit the desk, received our folio in a timely manner. Overall, we’d visit again! "
