Great place, fantastic service, great rooms, a MUST

Nicely located near the port and old Rethimno town. Friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast included many items and even the jams and breakfast bars were homemade. Something we learned (after the fact) is that you can control electronically your wishes for privacy (i.e., cleaning of room, etc.) by pressing certain buttons. Make sure that you understand how everything works at check in! Very nice stay overall!

This is an excellent hotel located within walking distance of city center. We had a party of three, so we received a two room suite, which was excellent. The breakfast was great - had plenty of choices. The suite had a balcony which was a nice place to relax in the morning or evening. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

This place is an absolute gem. The rooms are large, the bed is very comfortable, the shower is big with a rain shower head. Everything is bright and clean. The rooms are quiet. The staff are very friendly and inviting. The maids do a great job cleaning the rooms. The breakfast that is served has fresh fruit, cheeses, eggs, crepes and cappuccino and coffee. Lovely quiet location on the outskirts of the village, in the evening the sound of the waves is very relaxing. Five minute walk to tavernas. Beaches close by.

We have stayed here in the summer for the last several years. Each time it has exceeded our expectations. Quiet, clean, on the north edge of old town Rethymno, so the perfect location to explore there. It's also beautiful on the inside (like many of the very old houses, the architecture is hidden from the narrow street). Highly recommended.

Except access to beach, very comfortable beds and easy parking. Recommend this hotel an affordable splurge for a night or even two.

It is located in the Old Town. There are only six rooms and so there isn't anyone there full time- they request that you tell them when you plan to arrive. We have a good sized room with a private deck. On the deck there is a very large Jacuzzi, though we didn't use it. A large umbrella provides shade. There is a table and chairs where it is pleasant to eat breakfast or you can go up to the roof and dine there in the sun. There is also a folding contraption that you can use to dry your towels...

Great stay friendly staff spacious room and I liked that when I got home late there was someone that came out to the parking lot told me where to park and walked me inside

We had very good time at Cyprus. The owner of the hotel is very friendly and cooperative. He recommended to us good places for eating and visiting. Stuff changed shower tub by our request. we had room on 5th flour and nice view on harbor and Fortecia, Hotel doesn't have own parking, but it's good free parking near by. The beach near by is public, small, good for children, but doesn't have shower or bathroom.
