"At check-in, staff made sure to ask about my preferences regarding room location. Desk staff gave great information about dining/drinks options nearby. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Location is great—right in the heart of downtown, near the canal and a 15 minute pleasant walk to IU Indianapolis. Breakfast had many options. I especially appreciated the dried and fresh fruit and the different seed options. You don’t always see those at these buffets."

My only complaint, and I'm sure it was out of the hotel's hands, but the whole reason we booked this hotel was because of the convenience for attending Supercross. Last time we stayed for Supercross (2023), it was so nice to be able to use the Skywalk and walk indoors (sheltered from the weather) from our hotel to the convention center and then to Lucas Oil Stadium. "Valet attendants were wonderful, even running back to my car to retrieve left behind items. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Amenities were fantastic. Connor's is one of our favorite restaurants that we visit even when staying elsewhere. Ballroom on the 2nd floor was very nice for our event dinner. Will definitely stay here again."
