"Very noticeable presence of security all around due to the shooting that occurred there a month or two ago. The pool was enjoyable good food options with the restaurants and the venue for a concert was fun."

"The staff was outstanding. The Customer Service was good as well. The Hotel is really in need of updating! Toilet barely flushed, the tile was buckling, the carpet was rippling causing a possible tripping situation. The Casino has very rough clientele! Lots of Homeless in the casino. Lots of homeless on the streets surrounding the hotel. We will honestly not return to this hotel when coming to Reno."

"I usually stay at the Silver Legacy for my Reno visits. Great downtown location, easy to find and get around. Also a good walking distance for a lot of downtown activities. Rooms are always clean and overall it’s just a nice place to stay."

"The room was wonderful. The daytime bar manager was great and gave us super reccomendations. The area was easy walking from amtrack station to city buses, car rental and casinos. The area surrounding did have a lot of homeless people, but we didnt feel threatened or concerned. Would definately stay again if back in Reno."

"We regularly stay at Holiday Inn Express as we always know what to expect. Breakfast is terrific, & I always use the heated indoor pool. So, all good, & looking forward to the next time early next Month."

"The only good things were the bed was comfortable and there was good hot water and pressure in the shower. The property was filthy, (I noticed the pile of feces, I think human, behind the dumpster in the parking lot). I had to interact with the only staff member I saw through bulletproof glass. He wouldn't even let me in the lobby. The only amenity was a bar of soap; not even any shampoo, conditioner or lotion It was inexpensive and you get what you pay for, not much"

"The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking."

"They are really good they are very nice I would let people know to come to this motel to get a room cuz they're really really nice and their staff are really really very nice and they will help you and everything Nice people. Nice neighborhood quiet. You got walking distance to shopping centers. I'm done shopping. I prefer people to go here"

"Small, limited space. Floors were dirty (I walked around with my socks and they got really dirty really fast). Limited outlets to charge or connect anything that requires power. The sheets looked dirty/stained. Perks is that is walking distance to restaurants and downtown. "
