"Location and staff were both great but the room was tired and the mattress on the sofa bed was disgusting. The bedding is not luxurious, rather paper-thin and the rooms are basic. It is in a prime spot and that is why I booked it, but it does need some serious improvements to come anywhere near what the nightly rate was."

"At seven in the morning, the coffee area was dirty and almost empty. Breakfast started late. The staff was very unfriendly at check-in."

"The pool was shut down for maintenance and there was no email or notification that the pool would not be available for our stay. Part of my family went to a concert while the other 1/2 was staying back at the hotel just to swim. My kids were very disappointed. Staff was very nice. We did not use the bar or the restaurant on site. The sleeper sofa had stains on the couch part. No extra blankets avaliable only sheets. The bathrooms were clean. "
