"Rooms were updated and clean. Parking is minimum $50 down the street in a parkade so be aware and add that to your grand total as it makes a huge difference price wise. We were woken up by people talking and running down the hallways early in the morning, and cleaning staff, regardless of check out being at 11am which was pretty disappointing as we got in very late and really wanted to sleep in."

"The room was perfect, clean and a perfect view of the falls and surrounding area. We had the Brazilian dinner at Brasa, delicious. Breakfast was delicious the coffee delicious. Plan to go back in the fall."

"Staff were very accommodating but unfortunately the elevator was partly broken and only 1 so everything needed to be carried up the stairs, staff did offer extra help and support with this but it still caused a big mess in the lobby. Second the hotel shuts off the ac fully during the “colder” months but it’s super stuffy inside the rooms because of this. Needs to have better air flow. Staff offered fans but it was still hot we left our room door open as much as possible when we were in our room.(felt as if the hall air was on but not in the rooms???) Hotel is also outdated for the prices. I understand it’s connected to the waterpark but with the fees and prices we were charged I was expecting more."

"The staff were very helpful and friendly!!! The rooms were very clean, however when we booked it said there was a hot tub in our room but it was an outdated jacuzzi. We did the preregistration checkin and it said they would take a small fee to test my credit card, the small fee ended up being $1.37 in US funds and they also took the same fee for the second night."

"Our room smelled like cigarette smoke and the walls are so thin we could hear our neighbors laugh and talk and even flush the toilet all night long. "
