"This hotel is fantastic. Spotlessly clean with the comfiest pillows I’ve ever slept on. I even took a photo of the label so I could try and buy one back home. There’s a vending machine in the lobby and tea and coffee facilities. The shuttle bus is a people carrier and it’s only a few minutes from the airport. The staff are lovely and very helpful. I don’t think I will ever go to Bilbao again but if I do I will definitely be staying here. ♥️"

"The breakfast menu was good but lacked tables at busy times particularly when a group was using the premises (A football team travelling) Booking in procedure was laborious - perhaps most could be completed in advance. the room was spotless."

"The shared spaces are lovely. They really make an effort to make this place feel comfortable, clean and welcoming. The actual room though are not great. Just bunk beds with curtains. I guess it is nice to have the toilet, sink and shower in the room, but when you are sharing a room, I would have preferred having a more private space for showering etc. the street behind the room I stayed was incredibly noisy. I was able to tune it out but if you need quiet to sleep make sure your room is not facing the street. "

"The staff was excellent, so very helpful when I realized I left a jacket behind. They were able to send it ahead to where we were staying in a few days. Breakfast on the seventh floor was lovely both the food, view & staff. It was an about 15 to 20 minute walk into the old town but easy to do. We really enjoyed our time at the grand artist."

"Hotel is 10 min walk yo the Guggenheim Museum and 20 min to the Old Town. The staff were friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the room itself was disappointing, especially for a triple occupancy. It was quite small, and the beds were not very comfortable. The overall condition of the room felt worn, with older materials that didn’t match the price point. There were also some practical issues—there were flies in the room, and basic amenities were lacking. There were no USB charging ports, no complimentary water, and no fridge, which we would normally expect at this level. Overall, while the location and staff were positives, the room quality and amenities did not meet our expectations for the price."
