Beautiful location. Comfortable room, as advertised in pictures. Wonderful community feel. Welcoming and helpful staff. Great snorkeling right off the beach. Only downside was that there was a club nearby that was blasting music at night and we could really feel the bass. Made it hard to fall sleep.

Fun trip to Puerto Aventuras and a stay at Dreams Aventuras. Have made several trips to Cancun, Akumal and Tulum and this was our favorite resort by far. What we liked: *Size - resort was not gigantic by any means. One building for all guests and did't have to walk 10 minutes to get to the pool, beach, restaurants, etc. - not that we mind walking by any means. Our stay was excellent! There’re many restaurant options and fortunately all were available despite COVID restrictions. The kids had a blast in the water park. Beach was private and free of seaweed. Drinks and food unlimited! My kids were frecuente visitors of the coffe shop. Since we visited ruing Christmas time, there were different shows ongoing that we all enjoyed. I definitely recommend stayin at the HR Hotel.

My wife and my 4 daughters stayed at the Barcelo Maya Palace to celebrate my daughter’s 15th Birthday. We loved every minute of our stay. The staff were friendly. The service exceptional. The only disappointment was the inability to make restaurant reservations in advance. We were looking forward to enjoying the different restaurant options as promoted vs buffet every morning and night (tho no complaints about the food at the buffet), but even tho we attempted to book right after arrival, we were able to secure only two restaurant reservations.

Very professional staff , I will definitely come back . Everyone welcomes you with smile . If u looking for all inclusive , you won’t be satisfied no all inclusive options . You have to pay for everything u do there my room had breakfast included . Jet ski was avg 67usd for 30 mins I had to pay 22 usd daily service charges . They have four resturant food quality is 5 to 7 stars . Avg launch or dinner per two adults and kid like 150 usd to 250 usd . Over all I am happy with my visit .

Villas de Rosa Beach Resort was great. If you're looking to escape the mega resort trap and get out on your own, this is the place for you. The staff was soooo great. A big thank you to Noel, the manager, our cleaning crew, and every staff member we encountered. They gave great recommendations of things to do and really looked after us. This was our second time here and I'm sure it won't be the last. We had room 107 on the first floor. Perfect view looking out over the pool and the Ocean beyond. We enjoyed the loungers by the pool and on the beach. Our whole stay was so relaxing! The service poolside or on the beach was superb. I have to admit the service for dinner in the restaurant was not quite up to par. The room was ever clean and comfortable. Over all we love the place.

We were looking for a small non-resort hotel on the beach where we could relax peacefully, and Petit Lafitte is exactly that. As soon as we arrived at Lafitte we were welcomed home by the desk staff and concierge. This is by far the best resort in Riviera Maya! This was our second time there and we will be back. The property is stunning. Natural mangroves run all throughout. The walking on the grounds is beautiful. You have access to all four properties no matter which one you stay at. We love Kantenah, but Colonial and White Sands are equally great. This was our third time staying at this resort. We were there 9 days. The resort grounds, pools, beach, common gathering areas are kept immaculate. Most workers are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The food at the ala carte restaurants, the beach club breakfasts, pacos tacos, piaza pizza are very tasty and fulfilling. My family (grandma, parents, and two kids) spent 6 days at this hotel for Christmas vacation. Overall it was a pleasant experience for family gathering.

My husband and I came to Akumal Bay for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved our stay! The service was fantastic and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We would absolutely come here again and plan to do so in the future. I highly recommend having a photo shoot done with their on site photographer Conrado who is amazing at what he does and I am SO GLAD we got these pictures to commemorate our special time here.

All inclusive resort with amazing park free access. Everyday is fun and adventurous. I would rate this place to be the best family vacation spot in the world. Food is fantastic, the best food I have ever had in my life! Morning yoga class is rejuvenating. Beach is beautiful and the nature of the caves and rivers are breathtaking. Highly recommend to everyone. Don't forget to reserve the restaurants at Xin Gao dinners and Las Cuevas Sunday seafood buffet in advance.
