Spa Sandos has 22 treatment rooms including rooms for couples and outdoor treatment areas. Massages are available on the beach and in the spa; other services include deep-tissue massages, hot stone massages, and sports massages. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, and reflexology. The spa is equipped with a sauna, a hot tub, a steam room, and Turkish bath/hammam.

The spa is open daily. Guests under 18 years old are not allowed in the spa.

Our room was really nice. The food was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was that the resort is spread out so you had to take a trolley within the resort. The problem was that they only had two trolleys running so you would have to wait up to 20 minutes for your trolley. They need to add more trolleys

Our ground floor room opened up to pool area which was relatively quiet, with a poolside cocktail bar and daily lunch served at the small restaurant. The hotel was very comfortable, with walkways through the jungle to the beach with many small mammals and lizards along the way. We loved the sustainability of the complex (no plastic bottles, straws etc) and excellent restaurants. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the Guest Experience team of Melisa, Zyanya, Mar & Maria who helped with excursions and restaurants. They also arranged a surprise cake to celebrate our anniversary, which was very nice. Overall, an excellent relaxing place, but does need some renovation during the offseason.
