"This hotel is great if you have kids and want them to enjoy. They have a water park with various slides and an arcade room that had a variety of games as well. The issue here was the cleanliness of the rooms. My kids wore white socks and after roaming the room without slippers underneath was black! What does that tell you? I requested a full cleaning while I was there and the condition of the room floor didn’t change. After walking into one of the ladies cleaning the room, all they use is a wet rag to clean the floors. This obviously isn’t enough. The lighting could definitely be better, one lamp above the eatery area, a light in the mirror of the bathroom and a high head lamp in the shower/toilet room does not provide enough light. This hotel does give motel vibes. BEWARE of the timeshare tour trap after you check-in. Whatever you do, Do Not Sign Up for It."

"The resort is beautiful and very spacious, with multiple pools and plenty of activities to enjoy. It’s a great place for families and for those looking to relax and have fun. However, one major downside is the WiFi - it does not work properly. If you’re planning to work remotely or rely on internet access, it will be very difficult.Although I didn’t use the pool due to the cold weather, I could see that many guests were enjoying it. There are activities and music starting early in the day, which creates a lively atmosphere, but be aware that the music is quite loud and can be heard clearly from the rooms. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They always responded quickly to my messages and made sure my stay was comfortable, which I truly appreciated. In terms of dining, the resort has only one main restaurant. The food is good, but options are limited. There is no dedicated breakfast restaurant, only a small bistro, which tends to have very long lines. The location is very convenient, as it is close to Universal Studios and offers a free shuttle service. There is also a pizza place on-site. While the food was okay, unfortunately, my daughter became sick after eating there and experienced vomiting for two days. The resort staff handled the situation professionally and kindly offered us a late checkout so she could recover more comfortably, which I appreciated. Overall, it’s a nice resort with great amenities and excellent staff. "
