"Very pricey considering it did not include breakfast as so many hotels do. While the food court was much appreciated we found the stay very expensive. We appreciated the timely bus transportation to the Universal theme parks. Was surprised at only two elevators in our tower for so many rooms/guests...we often had to wait for another one because it was already full. Pool was great. Property was very nice."

"The staff was extremely friendly and courteous when I arrived and remained very helpful throughout my stay. The facility I found to be very old in decor and in need of serious upgrade. The room had torn and very worn out furniture, but the bathroom and shower were clearly updated and very nice. The elevator was very dirty and remained so throughout. The adult only pool was nice until a ton of kids came and the adult only was never enforced. I did like the boardwalk to the small island hut and I spent my mornings there enjoying the beautiful view and the lake view. The facility is a member owned facility and not nearly as nice as others I have stayed out. Again, cleanliness has a lot to be desired and it badly needs a refresh."

"Staff was friendly and welcoming..especially Calvin. Breakfast was convenient especially if you are trying to make it to the parks early and the kids had a lot of fun in the pool while we were able to sit close enough to watch them. Only 5-10min away from the parks. Great location! "
