"I feel this is one of the best hotels and was my families favorite hotel of our trip to Japan. I love the private pools and the complete environment of this hotel, location in the woods, by a river, quiet and peaceful. "
"If you are looking to experience how Japanese travel, sleep on tatami rooms and eat a good selection of Japanese food. Then this hotel is a good choice. Your room includes a breakfast and dinner buffetes and most people wear the colorful yukata provided by the hotel. The property is a bit out of date but the public bath is quite nice.
Transportation into the city is limited and taxi is about $20 USD"

"steps away from shin shirakawa bullet train stations and a short walk to aeon mall, 711,, unfortunately i could not get a non smoking room , i hope they ban smoking rooms indefinitely and jus have a designated area , clean airs for all 👍"
