"Customer service was not great. Room cleaned but missing coffee. And another time face towels. Should be standard. At dinner, ordered fajitas and did not get tortillas. Had to ask and then wait while food got cold. Had a large group and everyone had small issues. It is a resort they should know how to do simple daily tasks."
