R-en-F was a surprisingly friendly little town. If you cut through the park across the street from this property (completely legal and safe) the town is 2 minutes away with lots of choices in restaurants, pubs & groceries w/out tourist area pricing.

Efficient airport. Do arrive at airport 3 to 4 hours early because security is strick. The carryons they make you weigh them all 2 carryon allowable 18 kilos. They want clear plastic bag for your toiletries and exiting France you go thru Customs.

The walk to the airport shuttle felt a little long at 4am- with a lot of luggage. Wish that was closer but there was nothing else to complain about.

Didn't get a chance to enjoy the area, but after reading the literature on-line, and picking up a map in the hotel lobby it looks like a very walkable/bikable community, and we will defiantely return here with more time to explore!

The location is neighborhood style and we felt very much at home getting to know the different stores we walked by often. It’s convenient to the metro and or walking to the Notre Dame.
