Excellent
Be sure to see the remains of the Priory. It was Closed when we got there but there is a path behind it where you get a wonderful view of it. Don't skip the cemetery in the church next to it.

"write a short review for the one night stay at hotel. clean friendly good breakfast.
I had a great one-night stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing night. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and tasty, with a good variety to choose from. Overall, a short but very pleasant stay—I’d definitely return.

"Amazing location and friendly staff. It’s going through a refurb and the lift is currently out of order but they warned us before hand and offered to help with luggage! The hotel is so quaint and the room was perfect for us (family room)! Our room had an amazing view of the abbey! Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. We had Sunday lunch in the restaurant and that was amazing!! 0% alcohol on tap which is amazing (I’m alcohol free and normally stuck with bottles).Planning on many more trips here!!"
"Only has likes. Staff were all brilliant. They were helpful, obliging and keen to do a good job.
Room was well appointed, and the beds were super comfortable."
