Only downside... unable to use cash for drinks at bar - our relations were with us from Australia and wanted drinks but didnt have a card actually half poured drink then threw away when not being able to pay! (Id gone to bed so culdnt help)"
"The room didn't have a kettle. Also no plug sockets next to the bed. The room service breakfast that they provided didn't arrive on time and made my day late, the service from the manager was very poor and she was arrogant not worth the money "

Check in on Saturday was very slow. Not sure why, but it took 25 mine to get checked in as some customers ahead of us, seemed to take forever to get resolved. Not sure why that was, staff, systems, or booking issues... Who knows, but with only 2 people before us, 25 mins is not great.
The hotel is nice though,service is good, rooms are good, no real complaints. The lifts are very slow though and we thought they would break at any time....
Overall though,not a bad stay abd rooms were nice and quiet and comfortable which is the most important thing. "
