I have known Hove for many years and this return trip after a long time away was really uplifting to see how much it has kept its unique character, its beautiful renovated buildings whilst having regenerated and appeal to the young.

We enjoyed the vibe in Brighton but loved returning to a quieter location at night. Great beach cafe and seafood restaurant right bu the beach, both only a few minutes walk.

Hove is a lovely town, having never visited. The beaches are beautiful and stony, with a few sandy patches when the tide is out. Lots of restaurants to choose from too. Didn't explore as much as I usually would have but will visit again I'm sure.

ubers pick up at the bottom of the stairs out of the complex - go past the main reception block and across the seated area and down the stairs to the road. can walk down to the seafront and along to Brighton, took us about 40minutes and was pleasant
"We go to Brighton yearly for the Racing Festival and this was the first time we stopped at Queens Hotel. It was lovely. The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them.
The room when we went in was bigger than I expected, with everything in it. Very clean and a beautiful uninterrupted view of the sea. (We've lived for 70 years in the heart of England, only seeing the sea when we go away). Kettle, Iron & Board, lovely thick fluffy towels, nice pillows and a firm bed, finishing with blackout curtains. A big fan in the wardrobe along with a safe and hairdryer. The shower wasn't the most powerful, but was adequate. I did have problems getting out of the bath (after having a shower the first day,) as I'm not tall, but managed the other days,
Breakfast was plentiful, choosing from a full English to Continental, although you did have to hunt around the shelves for different items. Also Oat Milk, which was brilliant.
Two lifts going up to the rooms, one or two people with walking sticks and a couple of rollators who didn't seem to have problems.
Slightly noisy, but as we have always stopped on the sea front, we take our ear plugs with us. Very close to the pier and within walking distance of the Lanes and Churchill Shopping Centre. Plenty of places to eat near, and a few 'interesting pubs'!!
Next time we stop (as we will go back for the racing next year, we are going to have a Tower Room.
Thanks to Dom for taking me around ❤️."
"Very nice clean and comfortable hotel. Well located for railway . Building works outside were a bit noisy . Breakfast was good . Staff all very nice "
"Absolutely fantastic stay. Staff were so attentive and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
Room was great, very spacious, high standard and great amenities. For the price it was spot on, couldn’t fault a thing.
Great location, right on the seafront.
The bar was reasonably priced, considering the type of hotel. Would recommend and would return again. Thank you for a great stay!"
"The room we had was beautiful, I got exactly what i requested and booked, a suite with a balcony and sea view. They have really comfortable beds and linen, the only thing that let my experience down was the fact that there is no mini fridge in the room, and also if you are not a Hilton honors member you have to pay for the internet. Otherwise my experience was good, check in and check out was seamless. Location is right in the heart of Brighton, so much to see, eat and do, I would definitely recommend and I intend to return at some point. "
"Lovely hotel. Restaurant was buzzing when we arrived. We were shown to our room which was clean tidy and decorated stylishly. There is a fridge in the room. Bed was comfy and bathroom was large with a lovely big shower
Just a few minutes from the seafront. "
