"Location was great to visit the Niece who is studying nearby and to head into Cardiff for the rugby. Public transport is well placed - a bus stop nearby took us into Pontypridd for parkrun and also the Trehafod train station for getting to Cardiff. We are at the restaurant and the food was delicious and highly recommend. Staff were welcoming and friendly. "

"Had wonderful stay here, hotel is quite unique in its decor with a Welsh theme going on in the rooms which is so lovely, rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable, the staff also are fantastic and so helpful always smiling, breakfast is ace with so much choice, the hotel is situated in an arcade and is right in the city centre. Greyfriars NCP car park is a few minutes walk away and the hotel give you a promotion code so parking is discounted. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The hotel was beautiful, although it could use a little "refresh", but you could see how it was a very desirable hotel in its grandeur. All of the staff was very kind and helpful, the bar and separate lounge area made perfect places for our group of 6 to meet before heading out in the morning or wind down in the evening. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and the location could not be beat, directly across the street from Cardiff Castle and walkable to tons of restaurants and bars. I...

"Parking was excellent plenty of spaces. Room was clean and functional though i found the bed very hard. Receptionist was a joy, very pleasant and helpful. Excellent role model. Barman was slow. Breakfast was fine, no complaints and the restaurant staff was very polite and professional. Overall a good stay. I will definitely stay here again. "
