"Rooms were amazing. Staff were super-helpful, friendly, warm and made the whole experience a lot of fun and v relaxing! The plunge pool to the side of the villa was awesome. Nice to refresh in after sunbathing. The free gym classes/PT sessions with Bayu were great! The food options were great too - a mix of local as well as international cuisine, and with a free breakfast that had different options each day, I didn’t go hungry! The spa and pool facilities were amazing too! Highly recommend...

"The checkin experience was disappointing as they had given our room to someone else and made us wait for about an hour even though we only arrived by 6 pm. Furthermore, they didn’t supply us with adequate soaps and the room had many mosquitoes. We did purchased buffet dinner to find that there is hardly any vegetarian option so my family went hungry in the night. Breakfast again has not many vegetarian options. Service was a notch low considering the cost per night. "

"The perfect start to our Bali adventure after a long flight. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout (including sorting out our luggage that was stuck in Singapore) and the aptly named The View Restaurant was just that and along with the infinity pools provided stunning views and sunsets. The Senses spa is also worth a visit. All in all a wonderful experience. "

"Absolument exceptionnel! Arthur est un un hôte très sympathique, très professionnel. Le logement est tout simplement digne des hôtels de luxe. Tout est pensé pour que l'on s'y sente bien. Les matériaux utilisés pour la décoration et construction du bâtiments sont de grande qualité. Villa spacieuse et ergonomique. Si l'on veut chipoter un peu, les matelas ne sont pas extrêmement confortables, mais l'on y dort bien quand même. Un grand merci Arthur pour ce séjour fabuleux dans le sud de Bali! "
