Good
Lovely area and we went on the Seaton Tramway for a hop on hop off ticket to see local villages and a walk around the wetlands nature reserve. All shops on the doorstep of the hotel and restaurants and cafes very nearby. Nice walk along sea front.

The Seaton Area is Great - I spent a wonderful day in Sid-mouth, has lovely seafront and shops, Beer and Branscombe on the other hand are quaint Devon Villages on a Beach one with a Fishing Focus. There are other great attractions in the area

"Very lovely stay in Exeter for 2 nights at the start of our Devon/Cornwall trip. Friendly staff! Great spa with a deal for hotel guests. The breakfast was wonderful, too. Right in the middle of everything. We will stay here again without even looking elsewhere if we come back this way. We loved Exeter!"
"The hotel is a bit tired but the enthusiasm of the staff made all the difference.
The breakfast buffet was first class and I enjoyed using the swimming pool .

"The staff in all my dealing both on line and in person have been extremely helpful and efficient. reception helped me up the stairs at the rear with my bags and the lady on the desk in reception was friendly and welcoming. As were the waiting staff in the dining room.(we ate there for two breakfasts and two evening meals. the quality of the food was of a high standard and well presented. breakfast was buffet style and this was well stocked with plenty of choice of juices, cereals continental or the full English. Dinner Choice was good with a meat a fish or vegetarian vegan option,..staff asked about food allergies and plates were cleared away as soon as all diners at the table had finished .with minimal waiting for next course to appear. The communal areas were smartly decorated Bar staff efficient and friendly. the only observation i would have is that the furniture in my room was dated and had signs of wear and tear but there was plenty of starage a wardrobe , chest of draws and a dressing table two bedside cabinets and plenty of plug sockets to put chargers and my CPAP machine beside the bed without need of extention cables . there was also a powerful hair dryer and a large fan . I would happily stay at this hotel again by myself in the future it felt very safe and a home from home. the bar area and garden veranda and grounds were well tended and the gate at the bottom of the grounds leads out to the main sea front road and the beautiful sandy beach. Dogs welcomed "
"Parking can be a problem as has limited spaces at Hotel, how ever side street parking wasn’t a problem… All in all a very pleasant stay , would recommend. "
"Really enjoyed my stay. Craig is very welcoming and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Pillows were very soft but bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked. "
