Good
Tetbury itself is a little disappointing. A small country town where prices reflect the proximity of the King's residence.

Tetbury surprised us by being so nice. It was characteristically Cotswold-y and charming without being over-the-top.
"Great location for dinner at our favourite restaurant Pintxo. Located in the centre of Bath, easy to walk to all the sights and shops. Lovely room and bathroom, clean and comfortable. Great staff. Didn’t have time to try out the pool, a bit of shame that a time slot had to be booked in advance. Some noise from the hallway could be heard at times but luckily didn’t disturb our sleep. Parking was easy to find at a nearby car park. Would definitely stay here again."
"Very dog friendly hotel. Nice interior, think they renovated recently. Comfortable bed, it's clean. Staff very friendly. Welcome cookies taste very good. Very good air conditioning. "
"Overnight stay , hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable, great food and friendly staff. Although only a short walk into the main drag it was also beautifuly quiet. Will definitely stay here on our next visit. "
"The hotel is perfectly located for both the Theatre Royal and Ustinov Theatre as you can walk to either in about thirty seconds! There are also numerous bars, coffee shops and restaurants in the immediate area.
Despite being centrally located, I didn't hear any noise from outside at all.
My room was quite compact but very comfortable, the shower was great as was the bed.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
The nearest car park is an eleven minute walk away, which of course the hotel can't do anything about.
I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel."
"Excellent stay, as all Daniel thwaites brand hotels usually are...
Great food, great rooms, really comfortable, great hotel layout, milk and water dispensers in the hallway, which are genius idea, really make the difference for an avid tea/coffee drinker... Spa, gym, pool facilities are fabulous, very relaxing and well kept. Staff were lovely as usual, they pick good people.
Only thing I'd complain about is having to pay for parking, which I didn't expect... But it was only a fiver per night so not too unreasonable."
"The hotel staff was extremely hospitable. The breakfast that was bought with the room was simply fantastic (in most hotel it is an overprice affair; here it was excellent, varied and plentiful). The restaurant staff was also extremely helpful and equally hospitable.
The rooms were interestingly decorated and comfortable but also different from the typical bland hotel rooms.
The hotel offers many uniquely attractive features that we enjoyed it very much.
Overall a great and fun experience. "
