"On walking into the hotel reception the lovely clean smell was noticeable and we were made very welcome by the reception staff. Our suite was a good size, very nicely equipped and very clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the balcony outside gave us a distant view of the Duomo. The hotel is set in a nice area and at no point did we feel unsafe. The tram stop is about fifty yards from the hotel entrance and the nearest Metro is about a ten minute walk away. I can highly recommend this...

"There is no living room, just 2 spacious bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom and 24 steps up. It was 135 euro ride to MXP airport. Some nice restaurants and large grocery store nearby. I communicated with Maurilia from start to finish and she was fantastic."

Both rooms have A/C, and the location is convenient — about a 3-minute walk to a big supermarket, 6 minutes to the Metro, and 10–15 minutes to the Domodossola train station and tram. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The only downside was that one of the duvets had a stain. "
