The pictures online do not give Mangia Brucoli justice. It is more beautiful in person. Our room had Mt. Etna views that were breathtaking. We had breakfast included and wow it’s amazing. We visited the adult , kids pool and the beach. All were great. Ate in town (Brucoli) and had delicious meals. Strong recommendation!!!
The hotel itself was like a beautiful oasis in a not so attractive area of the city. The room was very nice and spacious and the pool was very nice as well.
We stayed here for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. We didn’t have time to use the spa but we did go to the outdoor pool for a bit. The pool was amazing and the outdoor bar was a nice touch. The breakfast was very good and the room overlooked the race track so you can watch the horses warm up in the morning. It was an overall excellent hotel for the price.
La Casa di Melo was our first stay at an agriturismo and without a doubt, one of the highlights on a 10 day Sicilian vacation. The fixed price dinner was the best we had and the easy going service was extremely pleasing and relaxing. Breakfast was equally outstanding with all types of homemade, fresh Sicilian goodiesI I wish we had been able to spend more time and use the pool and walk the orchards.
Nice facility a little off the beaten track. There is a decent breakfast included, but no dinner option. A car is essential and the very narrow country lanes are not easy to navigate at night. There are many positives, including the views on clear days, a very attentive staff at breakfast and for house cleaning. Room for improvement could be for someone to be present at check-in time and not having to wait 45 minutes for him to show up ("I was only late by a few minutes"). As well, the pool...

When we arrived we needed to change the room and they were very helpful with 2 options. We got the one facing the ocean. Breakfast was very good. I had to wash my car and one of the helpers at the reception drove with her motorcycle in front of me until we got the place. We used the gym and was very good. The hotel is located close to some of the major attractions...the archeological museum and the Greek theater are not far away. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. There is an excellent cable service that includes CNN and the BBC. The breakfasts are superb. The management is friendly and attentive. The hotel has a certain classic charm. I have stayed here many times and am happy to recommend this hotel.
