"I would rate this in as very high with the only exception that there’s no place to get food and no food on the premises other than the grocery store. The grocery store is awesome, but a restaurant would certainly be much better or even one within walking distance would be much better. The options for a restaurant are either a taxi or take the hotel bus back to the airport and use a restaurant there which is a great option."

"Hotel needs accessible rooms for disabled guests. Shuttle bus stand at terminal 1 is chaotic. Ended up taking a taxi. Room spacious and clean. Air conditioning difficult to control. "
"The beds are hard but other than that everything is good. There's even a shuttle airport that is super easy to take. There's free toiletries in the bathrooms like toothpaste, razors and etc."
"Overall for like a one day/ one night stay it’s not bad at all. Has a shuttle to take you to the airport if you need. Also has a running trail near by so that’s a plus. at check in I had a trainee I don’t know how to spell her name but she was a delight! so pretty so kind. I’m still very much working on my Japanese but when she noticed I was struggling we switched over to English but it was nice she let me practice and didn’t just start speaking to me in English. HOW IS ONE SUPPOSE TO GET BETTER AT JAPANESE IF YOU DONT ALLOW US TO MAKE MISTAKES. anyways she was amazing, smooth check in.

I had dinner at the gardenia, it was below my expectations in my personal opinion, the food came out fresh and hot but barely any taste AGAIN PERSONAL OPINION I’m sure it’s just to keep people from complaining “I don’t want sauce, this is spicy, this is” etc etc

and check out was smooth, along with the bus ride to and from the airport
