"It was an excellent stay. We stayed in standard room for about a week with the kids to enjoy the city. We were next to La Gran Villa, which included plenty of restaurants and stores. We were also close to other malls and many of the tourist sites to be seen in San Salvador. It is very easy to get to the tourist sites from the hotel via Uber. The stay itself was great thanks to the staff. Everyone is very attentive and efficient."

"The room was not clean especially the bathroom and shower. I booked 4 rooms as I was staying there with family and my room looked like it needed a lot of work not just the cleaning but the overall look and also the pavement leading to the beach very uneven so much that I had a fall and hurt my knee. I also had to ask for clean towels as the ones that were in my room had mucus on it . Another thing is the neighbor upstairs had music so loud and the staff took so long it was 2 am and the music was still noticeable I couldn’t get a good rest.they would respond quickly but weren’t really taking care of the noise."
